Lema Concepts had the privilege of working with WHO Ghana to document their emergency response to the devastating floods in the Volta Region. Through powerful photography and videography, we captured the emotional toll of the disaster as well as the resilience of affected communities and the tireless efforts of health workers on the ground. This assignment was deeply moving and underscored the critical role of storytelling in highlighting both human suffering and hope in times of crisis.
GIMAC (African Union) Conference

Lema Concepts was commissioned to provide full multimedia coverage for the GIMAC Conference, held under the auspices of the African Union. The three-day event brought together influential voices from across the continent through high-level panel discussions, breakout sessions, and strategic dialogues on gender and development in Africa. Our team captured the full scope of the conference in both photography and videography—documenting every moment, from keynote speeches to intimate breakout exchanges. It was an honour to support the African Union in amplifying the voices and visions shaping Africa’s future.
International Baccalaureate (IB) Rwanda
Lema Concepts serves as the communications partner for the International Baccalaureate’s annual Africa conference and African Festival , which was this year held in Rwanda. Lema was commissioned to provide full photography and videography services. We documented the vibrant two-day event—capturing keynote speeches, engaging breakout sessions, the colourful African Festival, and insightful interviews with educators and leaders from across the continent. It was an honour to visually tell the story of IB’s impact in Africa through this dynamic and inspiring gathering.
USAID - Feed the Future - MFA
Lema Concepts, under a prestigious two-year contract with USAID, vividly captured the life-changing impact of the Mobilising Finance in Agriculture initiative, illuminating transformative stories nationwide through engaging animations, documentaries, and photography, significantly raising awareness of MFA's profound work.

Lema Concepts' diverse clientele includes the government of Ghana, entrusting us with a significant task: the creation of five documentaries aimed at promoting the growth of an Intergrated Aluminium industry within Ghana. Covering a wide array of topics, from environmental sustainability to Ghana's aspiration to progress "Beyond Aid," and the stories of local communities, this project underscores our ability to cater to a broad spectrum of clients, delivering impactful visual narratives tailored to their unique needs and objectives.
Odina Foundatinon - Global Fashion Industry
Lema Concepts prioritizes dignified storytelling, often delving into uncomfortable but essential narratives. In our partnership with the Odina Foundation, we spotlighted marginalized stories to drive global policy change, particularly in the fashion industry, where women, schools, and businesses in Ghana are collaborating for positive change. Our videos and photos have become crucial assets for Odina's global fundraising efforts, furthering their transformative mission.

For a two-year endeavor, Lema was entrusted with the creation of eight documentaries, initially reserved for presentation at a prestigious Venture Capitalist Forum and subsequently made accessible to the general public. These captivating narratives unfolded across the vibrant landscapes of Nigeria and Ghana, offering a unique lens into the evolving private equity industry in Africa. Distinguished high-level delegates from the private equity sector graced the event, underscoring its significance as a prominent platform for investment discussions and opportunities.
Qatar Foundation
Lema Concepts was in high demand, chosen by the Qatar Foundation to lead their Ramadan celebrations in Ghana. Through an array of short, impactful documentaries and photography, we crafted content for both Al Jazeera and their social media platforms, shedding light on the pivotal role the Qatar Foundation plays in enriching Muslim communities in Ghana during this sacred time. Our collaborative efforts aimed to amplify the Foundation's profound impact, resonating with audiences locally and globally.
Foreign Commonwealth & Development (FCDO UK)
Lema Concepts secured a vital contract to create two impactful documentaries, along with compelling photographs and testimonials, for the prestigious UN Climate Change Conference (COP 26) in Scotland in 2021. These documentaries placed a sharp focus on the profound effects of climate change on agriculture and farming communities across Africa, with the intent of showcasing these highlighting videos to world leaders, underscoring the urgency of addressing climate-related challenges within the continent.
National Teaching Council & Government of Ghana
Lema Concepts was commissioned by the National Teaching Council (NTC) in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Ghana, to document the inspiring stories of the nation’s most outstanding teachers. Our team travelled across the country to capture these unique educators, providing full film production services. The final stories were showcased at the official awards ceremony and aired on national broadcasting channels.
